Job Description

As a Web Developer at Quadtrum, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our outward-facing digital presence. You will work within a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of projects from conception through to deployment. Your responsibilities will span the full lifecycle of front-end development, ensuring every digital experience is performant, accessible, and pixel-perfect according to design specifications. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a commitment to clean code, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing-focused web pages, landing pages, and digital experiences based on approved UX/UI designs from Figma.
• Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into robust, responsive, and cross-browser compatible HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work extensively within WordPress CMS, including updating content, customizing templates, and structuring pages efficiently using Elementor page builder.
• Collaborate seamlessly with senior developers, designers, and marketing strategists to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
• Diagnose and resolve complex front-end bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues to enhance user experience.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and a premium user experience across all digital assets.
• Take full ownership of assigned development tasks, managing timelines effectively and communicating progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Implement modern engineering practices, including rigorous testing and continuous integration for front-end deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in web development, with a significant emphasis on front-end development.
• Proficient in core front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (including pre-processors like SASS/LESS), and vanilla JavaScript.
• Proven ability to build highly responsive, adaptive, and cross-browser compatible web pages and interfaces.
• Skilled in accurately interpreting and implementing design specifications from Figma or similar UX/UI tools, delivering pixel-perfect digital experiences.
• Extensive experience working with WordPress CMS, including content updates, template customization, and page construction using Elementor.
• Foundational understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques, SEO best practices, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Hands-on experience with relevant tools including WordPress, Elementor, and Figma.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and articulate technical concepts clearly within a fast-paced team environment.

Frontend Knowledge

• Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise in responsive web design principles and implementation.
• Cross-browser compatibility strategies and debugging.
• Semantic HTML and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to translate complex visual designs (e.g., from Figma) into functional, interactive web elements.
• Understanding of CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) is a plus.

Additional Technical Skills

• Practical experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of core web vitals and strategies for improving page performance.
• Exposure to package managers (e.g., npm, Yarn) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
• Familiarity with browser developer tools for debugging and performance analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity or hands-on experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as React.
• Knowledge and practical experience with A/B testing methodologies and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Basic understanding of backend concepts, particularly how front-end applications interact with RESTful APIs.
• Experience in a role that directly supported marketing campaign execution.
