Salary Range
TZS 2,500,000 - 4,000,000 per month
Job Goals
- Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications for the financial sector while fostering team growth through mentorship and code quality initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust web applications using Laravel 10+
- Integrate third-party APIs including payment gateways and SMS services
- Optimize database queries and improve application performance
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel framework
- Hard Skills: PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Redis, Git, Vue.js or Alpine.js (plus)
- Soft Skills: Collaboration, problem-solving, mentorship
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
