Salary Range

TZS 2,500,000 - 4,000,000 per month

Job Goals

• Deliver stable, scalable Laravel applications meeting financial-sector standards
• Improve query response times and overall application performance
• Uplift team capability through mentoring and high-quality code reviews

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using Laravel 10+
• Integrate third-party APIs: Payment gateways, SMS services
• Optimize database queries and improve application performance
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel framework. Experience with Vue.js or Alpine.js is a plus.
• Hard Skills: PHP, Laravel 10+, MySQL, Redis, Git, API integration, Performance tuning
• Soft Skills: Collaboration, Mentoring, Code-review mindset
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
