Job Goals

• Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Laravel applications for financial-sector clients.
• Reduce query response times and improve overall application speed.
• Upskill junior team members through mentoring and code-review feedback.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using Laravel 10+.
• Integrate third-party APIs: payment gateways, SMS services.
• Optimize database queries and improve application performance.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3+ years of experience with PHP and the Laravel framework. Experience with Vue.js or Alpine.js is a plus.
• Hard Skills: PHP, Laravel 10+, MySQL, Redis, Git, RESTful APIs, performance optimization
• Soft Skills: Mentoring, collaboration, clean-code mindset, problem-solving
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
