Position
We are seeking a dedicated National Consultant to be the central point of contact between clients and the Tatu team, focusing on client engagement, support, and adoption of our products, including Ona and Sikia.

Arusha, Tanzania
Salary & Benefits
USD 16,000 for 8 months, with potential extension
Compensation
The consultant will be paid in four installments, each worth USD 4,000, based on the delivery of specific milestones and reports.

Job Description
The National Consultant will coordinate field campaigns and pilots, manage client engagement and support, ensure effective use of technology in field conditions, establish systems and workflows, and support adoption and market development.

Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Development, Education/Adult Learning, or related technical fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stakeholder coordination, client monitoring, technology adoption, customer support, or service delivery
- Experience in field coordination or digital tools is an advantage
Technical Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in coordination tools, such as checklists, trackers, and shared drives
- Organized problem-solving abilities
- Ability to track performance and develop service frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agricultural research or a related field
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies

A dedicated and experienced professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate field campaigns and pilots, manage client engagement and support, and establish systems and workflows.
Work Environment
The consultant will be based in Arusha, Tanzania, and will work closely with the Tatu team and clients across East Africa and beyond.
